The Bushman’s 10 Commandments To Healthy Skin

Thou shalt have no other foods but organic foods, fresh fruits, raw nuts, and vegetables.

Thou shalt not put on thy skin anything that thou would not eat, or any likeness of anything that is not in thy dinner plate, or that is not natural, or that is not in thy refrigerator, or thy pantry.73820602

Thou shalt not take hydration lightly. Thou shalt consume a minimum of half thy pound body weight in ounces of water daily.

Remember the nighttime, to sleep. In the daytime shalt thou do all thy work; at night the skin is regenerated.  Thou shalt go to bed early at night in a dark room and sleep. No television, no radio, no alarm or bed lamp by thy bed, or any form of artificial light or noise. Thou shalt get enough sleep and wake up without help from an alarm.

Exercise regularly: that thy skin may be toned, receiving ample oxygen via increased blood flow and expelling toxins in thy sweat.

Thou shalt not smoke.

Thou shalt not consume alcoholic beverages.

Thou shalt not be stressed.

Thou shalt not expose thy skin to pollution.

Thou shalt not stay in the sun for long periods of time, thou shalt not use tanning lotions, tanning beds, or any artificial form of skin treatment.
